A COOPERATION AGREEMENT

 

1. The Company and The Virtual Agent will only offer properties based in Southern Cyprus (Greek territory)

2. Commissions are paid to The Virtual Agent based on a 10% share of the NET figure received. Commissions are paid excluding VAT and/or extras required by the client i.e., swimming pools, pergolas etc.

3. The Company should get paid as soon as the sale is successfully completed, received from the lawyer. The Virtual Agent will receive payment once cleared funds into The Company Account and upon receipt of invoice from The Virtual Agent.

4. As soon as a sale is completed, The Company has the duty to inform The Virtual Agent, and details thereof.

5. The Virtual Agent is linked to property owners not properties. If a property owner has more than one property, the Virtual Agent will receive commission on every single property.

5. The Virtual Agent remains receiving commission for a total of 3 (three) full years from the property owner registration date.

6. If the property owner or buyer is already in our system prior to registration, no commission will be granted.

7. Each party has the right to terminate this agreement after six months with one month’s notice.
